At SAGA, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and reliable manner. Please review our shipping policy below for complete details.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.
  • International shipping is not available at this time. When introduced, customs duties will be borne by the brand.

Order Processing Time

  • In-stock items: Dispatched on the same day.
  • Out-of-stock or made-to-order items: Dispatched within 14 working days.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time within the UAE is 2-5 working days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges

  • Flat shipping fee: AED 25 per order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available.
  • Additional COD charge: AED 20.

VAT Information

  • Product prices does not include 5% UAE VAT.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability:
    • A second delivery attempt will be made at no additional cost.
    • If the second attempt also fails, further delivery charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
