SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Section 1 — Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 7 — Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

In no case shall SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

Section 14 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Section 15 — Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Section 16 — Termination

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

Section 17 — Entire Agreement

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Section 18 — Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Section 21 — Sales & Discounts

Promotional prices and discount codes are valid only for the duration of the stated promotion and apply to orders placed and confirmed within that window — no retrospective discounts will be applied to orders placed before or after. Discount codes are single-use, hold no cash value, cannot be combined with other codes, and may be deactivated by SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ at any time if misused. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange — all other sale items follow our standard returns policy. Where workshop bookings are made at a promotional rate, the same cancellation policy applies as full-price bookings: full refund 72 hours or more before the session, 50% within 72 hours, no refund on the day. All prices on MYSAGA.CO are displayed in UAE Dirhams inclusive of VAT, and in the event of a pricing error SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Section 22 — Orders

The Company reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, without prior notice or explanation. This may include, but is not limited to, situations involving inaccuracies, suspected fraudulent activity, or other unforeseen circumstances. By accessing and using the Company’s website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions, including the right of the Company to cancel orders as stated herein.

Additional Terms — Added 2025

Section 23 — Returns & Refunds Policy

SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ is committed to quality. If something is not right, we will work with you to make it right. This policy applies to all products purchased through mysaga.co and is compliant with UAE Federal Law No. 15/2020 on Consumer Protection.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ at the time of purchase
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Consumable items that have been opened (art materials, activity kit contents)
  • Workshop bookings — please refer to Section 24 for the workshop cancellation policy
  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email care@mysaga.co within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ does not refund original shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at care@mysaga.co within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including any return shipping.

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or colour where stock is available. To request an exchange, please contact care@mysaga.co within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability and are processed in the same timeframe as returns.

Section 24 — Saga Club Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all SAGA club sessions, and experiential programmes (collectively referred to as ‘saga club’) delivered by SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ, whether in-person or online.

Booking and Confirmation
A workshop booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop session at any time. In the event of cancellation by SAGA, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

Age Requirements
All SAGA Clubs are designed for specific age ranges as stated in the workshop description. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure the workshop is appropriate for their child. SAGA reserves the right to decline participation where a child does not meet the stated age range.

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation policy applies to all workshop bookings:

  • Cancellation 72 hours or more before the session: full refund
  • Cancellation within 72 hours of the session: 50% refund
  • Cancellation on the day of the session: no refund
  • No-shows without prior notice: no refund

To cancel a workshop booking, please email care@mysaga.co with your booking reference and the reason for cancellation.

Parental Supervision and Drop-Off
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the workshop description, SAGA CLUB operate on a supervised drop-off basis. Children are in the care of trained SAGA STUDIO facilitators for the duration of the session. Parents and guardians are required to remain reachable by phone for the duration of the session and to collect their child promptly at the stated end time. SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ does not accept liability for children who are not collected at the scheduled end time.

Child Safety and Safeguarding
The safety and wellbeing of every child is SAGA STUDIO’S first priority. SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ operates a written safeguarding policy and all facilitators are briefed on it before any session. Any person or organisation — including SAGA and its facilitators — who becomes aware of a child’s exposure to harm is legally required under UAE Federal Law No. 3/2016 (Wadeema’s Law) to report it to the relevant authorities. SAGA takes this duty seriously and will act accordingly in all circumstances.

Facilitator and Venue Changes
SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ reserves the right to change the facilitator or venue for any workshop session without prior notice. Every effort will be made to communicate changes in advance. A change of facilitator or venue does not entitle the participant to a refund unless the change materially affects the nature of the session.

Behaviour Policy
SAGA CLUBS are designed to be safe, respectful, and constructive spaces for all participants. SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ reserves the right to remove any child from a session whose behaviour is disruptive, harmful, or unsafe to other participants or facilitators. In such circumstances, no refund will be issued. The parent or guardian will be contacted immediately

Materials and Equipment
All materials required for SAGA CLUBS are provided unless explicitly stated otherwise in the workshop description. Materials provided are for use within the session only. Certain take-home items may be included at SAGA’s discretion. SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to a session.

Medical and Allergy Information
It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking. This information will be held confidentially and used only to ensure the safety of the child during the session. SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ is not liable for any medical incident arising from undisclosed conditions or allergies.

Liability Waiver
By booking a SAGA CLUB, the parent or guardian acknowledges that participation in hands-on creative and experiential activities carries an inherent element of risk. SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in a workshop unless caused by the direct negligence of SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ or its facilitators.

Section 25 — Photography and Filming Consent

SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ is committed to complying with all UAE laws governing the photography and filming of individuals, including children. Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34/2021, filming or photographing individuals without their consent, particularly children, carries serious legal penalties including significant fines and imprisonment.

SAGA CLUB Photography
SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ may photograph or film workshop sessions for the purposes of marketing, social media, website content, and internal documentation. No photographs or videos of identifiable children will be taken, used, or published without the prior written consent of their parent or guardian.

A separate Photography and Filming Consent Form will be provided to every parent or guardian prior to their child’s first SAGA CLUB or shoot. This form must be signed before the child attends. Parents and guardians have the right to opt their child out of photography while still permitting participation in the workshop. Opting out of photography is never a condition of participation.

Consent Scope
Where consent is given, it covers the use of images and video on SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ Instagram account (@sagastudio_UAE), SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ website (mysaga.co), SAGA STUDIO’S marketing materials, and other SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ communications. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by emailing care@mysaga.co. Upon receipt of a withdrawal request, SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ will remove the relevant content from active use within a reasonable timeframe.

Customer-Generated Content
Where customers share photographs or videos featuring SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ products on social media and tag #MYSAGA accounts, SAGA STUDIO may seek permission to reshare that content. SAGA STUDIO will always credit the original creator. No image or video featuring an identifiable child will be reshared without the explicit written consent of the child’s parent or guardian, regardless of the original privacy settings of the post.

Section 26 — Child Data Protection and Parental Consent

SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ takes the protection of children’s personal data extremely seriously. This section is compliant with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 26/2025 on Child Digital Safety (in force 1 January 2026) and UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL).

Data We Collect
SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ does not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under the age of 13. Where personal data relating to children is collected — for example, a child’s name and age for workshop registration — it is collected from the parent or guardian only, with their explicit consent.

Parental Consent
Before collecting any personal data relating to a child, SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ will obtain explicit, documented consent from the child’s parent or guardian. This consent will clearly explain: what data is being collected, why it is being collected, how it will be stored, who it will be shared with, and how long it will be kept. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting care@mysaga.co. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

How We Use Child Data
Personal data relating to children is used exclusively for the purposes for which it was collected — primarily workshop registration, health and safety, and safeguarding. SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ does not use any data relating to children for targeted advertising, commercial profiling, or any purpose beyond the direct delivery of SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ services.

Default Privacy Settings
SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ website operates with high-privacy default settings. Parents and guardians are not automatically enrolled into marketing communications at the point of booking or purchase. Separate, explicit opt-in consent is required before any marketing communications are sent.

Data Rights
Parents and guardians have the right to access personal data held about their child, request corrections to that data, request deletion of that data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please contact care@mysaga.co. SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ will respond to all data rights requests within 15 business days.

Section 28 — Shipping Policy

SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ aims to deliver every order carefully and on time. This policy applies to all product orders placed through mysaga.co.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately upon payment and a dispatch notification email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Within the UAE
Standard delivery within the UAE: 3–5 business days from dispatch. Express delivery options may be available at checkout for an additional charge. Delivery is available to all UAE emirates. Free shipping thresholds, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

International Delivery
SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ ships to selected international destinations. International delivery timeframes vary by destination and are estimated at 7–14 business days from dispatch. International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applicable in their country. SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Tracking
A tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email. You can use this number to track your order directly with the courier. SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once an order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact care@mysaga.co within 48 hours of delivery. If your order does not arrive within the stated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier. SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ will offer a replacement or full refund for orders confirmed as lost or damaged in transit.

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if an order is returned to sender due to non-collection, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery charges. SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Section 29 — Intellectual Property

All content on mysaga.co, including but not limited to the SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ name, logo, swan device, brand identity, Design DNA, photography, product designs, written content, workshop materials, social media content, and any other creative or intellectual property is the exclusive property of SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ and is protected under applicable UAE and international intellectual property laws.

Nothing on this website grants any person or entity the right to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or transmit any SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ intellectual property without the prior written consent of SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ. Section 30 — Force Majeure

SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms of Service where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ’S reasonable control. Such circumstances include but are not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic or epidemic, government action or regulation, war, civil unrest, fire, flood, power failure, supplier failure, or any other event that could not reasonably have been foreseen or prevented.

Where a force majeure event affects a workshop session, SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ will notify affected participants as soon as reasonably practicable and will offer either a rescheduled session or a full refund. Where a force majeure event affects product orders, SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ will communicate expected delays and offer cancellation options where delivery cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe.

Section 31 — VAT and Tax Registration

All prices displayed on mysaga.co are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Where Value Added Tax (VAT) applies, it is included in the displayed price. SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ’s Tax Registration Number (TRN) will be displayed on all tax invoices issued upon purchase. Tax invoices are available upon request by emailing care@mysaga.co.

SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ complies with all applicable UAE Federal Tax Authority requirements. International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or other charges applicable in their country of delivery.

Section 32 — Dispute Resolution

SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ is committed to resolving any concerns promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at care@mysaga.co. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and work in good faith to resolve it within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings. Where mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with UAE law. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under UAE Federal Law No. 15/2020 on Consumer Protection.

Section 33 — WhatsApp Communication

SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ uses WhatsApp as a primary communication channel for order updates, workshop confirmations, and customer service. By providing a mobile number at the time of booking or purchase, you consent to receiving transactional messages via WhatsApp related to your order or booking.

Transactional messages include: order confirmations, dispatch notifications, workshop booking confirmations, workshop reminders, and responses to customer service enquiries. SAGA will not send unsolicited marketing messages via WhatsApp without your separate, explicit opt-in consent. You may opt out of WhatsApp communications at any time by notifying us at care@mysaga.co or by sending ‘STOP’ in reply to any SAGA WhatsApp message.

SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ WhatsApp communications are managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (mysaga.co/privacy-policy) and UAE PDPL. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.

Section 34 — Product Safety

The safety of children is fundamental to everything SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ makes. 
Art materials, craft supplies, and consumable items included in SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ products are certified non-toxic where required. Written documentation confirming non-toxic certification is obtained from manufacturers prior to sale. All products carry the required safety warnings on packaging in Arabic and English, as required by UAE law.

Age guidance is provided on all SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ products. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure the product is appropriate for their child’s age and developmental stage. SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ products should be used under appropriate adult supervision for the age range indicated. SAGA STUDIO LLC FZ is not liable for injury or damage resulting from use of a product outside its stated age range or in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
